Bellator 73 All Set on August 24


Summer is almost over and Bellator’s Summer Series will also come to close as the most popular tournament – based MMA promotion.  Bellator will feature three championship fights all in one night at the Bellator 73: Curran vs. Pitbull on Friday, August 24. It will be held at the Harrah’s Tunica Hotel and Casino in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi.

Bellator 73 is one of the most highly anticipated matches of the year which will feature Bellator Featherweight World Champion Pat Curran as he makes his first title defense against the Brazilian fighter, Patricio Pitbull. Bellator 73 will also feature Season 6 Bantamweight Tournament Championship with Marcos Galvao versus Luis Noguiera. And as promised, fight number three with a Light Heavyweight Tournament Championship with Bellator 68 winner MMA veteran Travis Wiuff versus Attila Vegh and of course a lot of preliminary fights from the best local talents in the Mississippi area.
