He got pretty touchy about the upcoming steroid question. I've known big guys who've denied to strongly because they actually did it but he may just be tired of people drilling at him with that question. Either way he has to be clean now and he's still a monster.

Yeah the guy def did steroids. Dana said, "Any ahtlete that does steroids now is a moron." Well anyone who thinks Brock Lesnar didn't do them is a moron. On them now? Maybe not. But notice he didn't say he didn't do them. He said, "Ive never failed a drug test!"

First Off Brock is naturally a big guy and due to his athletic abilities and experiences with wrestling he is in tremondous shape. I dont doubt that he did at one time do steroids but what alot of people dont understand is some steroids are legal and are not called steroids…Anabolic substances/pills are legal, protein powder laced with creatine/glutamine is not illegal, taking testosterone pills is not illegal…you see my point is just becasue someone is huge muscle wise doesnt necessarily mean they did steroids at one time. The only person who know if Brock did steroids at one time is brock because the nature of life is simply in his favor..he is naturally a big guy and has an athletic background facts prove that if you work out the right way and take the necessary supplements you will gain muscle…i happen to have some knowledge in the athletic and personal training background and my honest opinion is i dont think he too the kind of steriods you think he did but i wouldnt doubt that at some time he took illegal one but for sure in the UFC he is not on steroids as the NEVADA STATE ATHLETIC DEPT tests every fighter THE UFC HAS NOTHING TO DUE WITH TESTING FIGHTERS…. testing is done by the states athletic dept and if he was on steroids it would show up. Not to mention he was about 300lbs back in WWE and now he is 280 so he has lost 20 pounds of muscle just saying dont go to assumptions before you know the facts, educated guesses people.

you know who else is a naturally big guy? bautista! I bet he's just on creatine too…hahahaha

People deny taking steroids all the time. Barry Bonds anyone? "I never knowingly took performance enhancing drugs". Yeah right. Not that I am saying Brock has most certainly taken steroids at any point in his life, but it is no secret to anyone who knows anything about the WWE that roids were RAMPANT within that company, and probably still are. I agree with Tim though, that the UFC is a REAL sport, where there is real testing unlike the WWE, and I find it unlikely that if Brock is juicing he is somehow getting by. Although Barry Bonds did with supplements such as the cream and "clear". So who knows. Until there is concrete proof he is juicing though, like there has been with Sean Sherk, we will have to bite our tongues though.

    October 22, 2008 at 2:14 am

plausible deniablity, if someone just gives you something or rubs something on you and says its lotion, its lotion to you. KNOWINGLY, and NEVER FAILED A TEST, surely mean one thing, he, they have taken steriods, however you have to look at it like this, did mark mcguire do roids, yep, is what he took legal now, no, was it legal then, YES! I really dont give a damn if he did take them then or now I think we are all a little in he dark if you think that just huge guys are taking roids, look at the fighters who have been busted most of them arent huge guys, same in baseball, most of the players busted were little latino dudes, this is on eof those things that there isnt much sense in arguing about guys…… its just gonna happen. And I agree with the above comments that unlike baseball UFC has no control over testing, it is all done by athletic commission.

i totally agree its not worth discussing as we will never know and fact is now he is in the UFC and he gets tested before and after fights and randomly by the state athletcic commision. The fact is the man is a beast and deserves respect for his abilities….Lesnar is one of a kind wether he did steriods or not is in the past not the present or near future. And Yes prior to WWE ala eddie guerrero's death due to complications from steroids….they all did steriods but then they introduced the wellness policy and test athletes for everything and some have been suspended and kicked out for testing postive for anything…Lesnar left the WWE in the mist of the policy being formed i think but not sure. Bottom line is it doesnt matter if he did steroids or not it wasnt illegal then but is now and he is not using then now so get over it the man is a top notch athlete who i believe will be the next UFC champ

  17. Alex

    October 22, 2008 at 8:47 am

I thought Brock got caught with some type of steroid in the past. I guess it doesn't matter. When you get up and pout about a question on the subject I guess that pretty much says a lot.

  18. Tim

    October 22, 2008 at 11:54 am

nothing personal but how would you like it if every day someone assumed you were on steriods just because you were a muscular and would bother me to the point where i would just bypass the questions but i am not ruling it out that he ever did..bottom line is it doesnt matter and the only legal truth to any possible steroid use is this from wikepedia—-In January 2001, Lesnar was arrested for receiving large amounts of what was alleged to be illegal substances. The charges were later dropped when it was discovered the substances were in fact legal sports supplements and were later described by his defense attorney as a "vitamin type of thing."

Wow Tim sure is in LOVE w/ Brock. It's gonna be soooo easy for Randy to win with all of his expereince. Everyone doubted him in the Sylvia fight and the Gonzaga fight and now he just needs to take care of Brock! Shouldn't get past round 1 – Couture by RNC. I called it!

  20. Tim

    October 23, 2008 at 1:54 am

I am not in love with Brock i highly admire his skills and abilities and believe that he is very unique to this sport and will do well. no matter how much experience you have you cant beat something that wont let you beat it in other words Randy is severly outmatched in more areas where he is normally great at and i just dont see him being able to snap on a RNC on Brock…first off the man is to powerfull so i wouldnt be surprised if he just throws Randy off like a have to understand the concept of being 225 at fight time and fighter a 280lbs man at fight time…Brock is no Sylvia or gonzaga both of them are fat ass fighters..brock is 280lbs of muscle and force and just like the herring fight Randy will drop at the first punch and it will all be over after that…Brock Wins by TKO by round 3 or Decision.

    October 23, 2008 at 2:39 am

Tim we get it…you like Brock. I think you can probably just put that into one sentence instead of paragraphs.

  22. Tim

    October 23, 2008 at 2:59 am

    LOL….i guess i could of…my bad…

  23. PoppyNick

    October 23, 2008 at 3:11 am

LOL….I'll be honest I can't stand him and HOPE Randy can take him but that size and his athletic ability with the size is kind of scary.

  24. Tim

    October 23, 2008 at 4:35 am

Well just for the record i am an overall MMA fan and i love Randy he is a legend and great to watch but Lesnar is unique individual based upon many factor and i dont think i need to explain that fact, he much younger and as you stated the Size not Fat but the Muscle Siz, Speed and athletic ability i think is too much for Randy to contain and or deal with i think he will be overwhelmed a bit..also i done think he will be able to take down Lesnar as easy as he did the others.

In response to STEVEO, taking steriods was NEVER legal today, or in the past when mcguire was taking them.

The fact that it wasnt outlawed in baseball doesnt mean it is legal.

  26. STEVEO

    October 23, 2008 at 6:23 am

Whatever, I say fuck it lets stop crying about it make it legal for everybody, if they wanna die when they are 40 thats there perogative, we continue to let millions of retarded fucking americans smoke, thats not good for you, neither are steriods, and I am not retarded I know they arent legal You said exactly what I meant, not banned by baseball. As far as I am concerned just start banning people for life with one failed test then I bet everyone will start paying attention to what goes into / on their bodies and their wont be anymore bullshit excuses that go through cause they have money and can get away with anything……. as don king says……… only in america

Damn, I tried baiting Tim into another tyraid on Brock. You've gone off the last few times on him and just wanted to see another 10 paragraph writing. ;) I actually think he's a great fighter and has the most potential of anyone we've seen.

As for the steriod use, here's my solution: if ever caught for use, have the fighter PAY out of his purse for testing before EVERY fight. This way, they are held liable for their use and if caught, they will pay for every single fight down the road.

  28. Tim

    October 23, 2008 at 7:08 am

Agree but back then there was a very thin line between steriods and performance enhancing substances…testorone pills are legal but by prescrition only for example….baseball just lately enformed drug testing as they had to as if the WWE fake wrestling imposed it and due to the nature of athletete deaths they were forced into it.

  29. Tim

    October 23, 2008 at 7:17 am

FYI being suspended for a year from all fighting is pretty bad if you get caught…example Stephen Bonner, Sean Sherk reduced to 6 months cause he proved himself by taking a polygraph test of some sort…if a fighter wins and is caught positve after the fight he should have to forfeit 50% of his pay to his opponent, if he loses and test positive he should be deducted 50% of his pay from UFC officials and if both fighters test postive after the fight both fighters should forfeit 50% of there pay to UFC officials or basically have their winnings deducted by 50% and suspended for a year on top of that. That would really enforce those rules but you have to remember this is a business and they are going to do just the minimal to get by.

This is going to be great fight.
