Hollywood Dan Henderson gets the sweet victory over Michael Bisping at UFC 100.

Great knockout. Can't wait to hear what the whiny Brit says about it. Either he'll take it like a man, or he'll pull a "B.J. Penn" and complain about that 2nd hit when he was down. We'll see his true character coming up in the next few weeks.
As for Hendo … GREAT JOB! I loved that! Shut that bitch up!
July 13, 2009 at 4:27 am
Haha Bisping talked so much shit throughout the show and up to the fight. So did all the Brits here, and now for some reason you can't find Bisping or get a quote out of him from anywhere. Way to shut Bisping the f*ck up! HENDO POWER SMASH!
July 13, 2009 at 6:11 am
The brits won the battle on TUF 9, but we won the war at UFC 100 with that brutal KO of that douche Bisping….
I LOVED IT… GO USA and GO Hendo!!!!
Bisping said before the fight "Dan hasn't knock any out since Mirko Cro Cop, five years ago" Hendo has never even fought Cro Cop. Hendo's right, Bisping is a f*cking retard.
July 13, 2009 at 7:33 am
All the guys that did not talk shit won!!! Lesnar, gsp, hendo. btw Lesnar only talked back because mir started all the trash talk first.
July 13, 2009 at 7:40 am
well gsp never talks shit.. so you can't add him to that list. hendo is pretty mild mannered with his talk too. so can't make the argue for him there, either…. anyway, hendo looked really good against bisping. bisping's problem is that he is too cocky. he always fights with his hands down. and it would only be a matter of time before he got KOed while stepping back. especially dan henderson. who looks so damn scrawny, yet he packs one hell of a punch. he somehow KOed wanderlei. also, dan wound up with that R hook that put bisping or could have put anybody out.
July 13, 2009 at 7:52 am
he connected on Anderson (not as hard) and Anderson shook it off!
July 13, 2009 at 4:33 pm
Jay, Dan never connected with a hard punch that entire fight with Anderson. Believe me, if he connects on Anderson the same way he connected on Bisping, you'll see a new middleweight champion and you'll see Anderson KO'd on the mat just like Bisping.
July 13, 2009 at 4:44 pm
I hope Hendo KO's Anderson's ass, just like Bisping. That would be f*cking awesome. I think he can too, if he gets in Silva's face and land one of those bombs. He said his after the first Anderson fight, that his cut down to 185 did not go well and he felt sort of tired and out of it after the first round(A round Hendo won BTW) and you could tell. That did not look like the Hendo were used to seeing. I believe if he's in the same condition he was for the Bisping fight, we could have a new middleweight champ.
July 13, 2009 at 8:33 pm
I've always said that IF anyone can beat the spider it is hendo.
Man, hendo is great. He's and old mature fighter who just trains and does his job. Bisbing still acts like some junior high kid trying to prove he's a bad ass. He reminds me of the diaz brothers. That was the highlight of UFC 100 for me.
July 13, 2009 at 8:46 pm
hendo has already lost to spiderman
July 13, 2009 at 8:47 pm
and will again sorry don't agree this time
July 13, 2009 at 8:48 pm
believe me i would love to see anderson lose but i think he'll retire undefeated in ufc
July 13, 2009 at 8:49 pm
zack henderson did connect on Anderson. Not the way he did on Bisping. Why dont you go watch the fight over my friend. right before anderson got his muay thai clinch Dan connected with a good right hand and even Joe roagan or was it mike goldberg yelled "oh good right hand by henderson. And for your info Dan already tried to stand with the spider and guess what happened he got rocked and than he got scared and went to the gorund and Anderson flatted him out and choked his ass out. Nothing to take away from dan but he is not going to knock out the spider. Anderson is light years ahead in the stand up game than any other mma fighter bar none.
July 14, 2009 at 6:15 am
Jay, I have watched their first fight (FYI) and i dont think Dan has ever been scared in a fight, so thats stupid. Hendo looked good in the 1st round against Anderson he took him down and did a some g and p to win that round. In the second round Dan said he felt sort of tired and his body was out of it. Believe me if Dan would have landed a hard punch on Silva would have been rocked or even KO'd. Everyone knows Jay that if Dan lands one of those bombs your going down…Period (Gracie, Chonan, Gono, Bustamante, Oyama, Wandy and Bisping have all been KO'd by Hendo)
Your Crazy Jay, Dan can KO Silva if he stands, he's proven that over and over with his KO's. And he can take him down and pound on him. Hendo does a good shot at beating Anderson. Silva is human and can be KO'd.
Jay, you said Anderson is light years ahead of any other MMA fighters. Well, why did he avoid the stand up with Cote? You should watch that fight Jay. Anderson looked afraid to exchange with Patrick. If he's the best stand up fighter in MMA he should have KO'd Cote and dominated him? That was obvouisly not the case.
July 14, 2009 at 8:21 am
I know Henderson pretty well. But how can you say that he can beat Anderson?? If it goes to the ground Anderson is no slouch he is a Blck belt in BJJ and is always getting better. Oh btw he did submit Hendo right?Anderson did very well against hendo on his feet. He landed most of his strikes effectively more than hendo. Believe Anderson is not going to expose himself like Bisping and Wandy by keeping their hands down and backing up. Anderson is very defensive. Anderson is aware of Hendo's big right hand and he will not fall for the same trap. Plus he is not cocky. The only guy i think that can beat Anderson is Damian maia by submission. But thats a 50/50 chance. Laying and praying is what hendo did in the first round
July 14, 2009 at 8:31 am
Cote was getting dominated and picked apart by anderson. I do agree that cote has one hellava chin and is tough as nails. It was just a matter of time before cote got caught flush
July 14, 2009 at 9:07 am
GSP WILL beat Anderson.
July 14, 2009 at 9:08 am
oh and i think Gegard Mousasi matches up well with Silva.
July 14, 2009 at 9:09 am
you mean the GSP that got pummled by a little man named Matt Serra
July 14, 2009 at 9:24 am
Dan is capable of beating Anderson and Anderson is capable of beating Dan. The outcome of a fight is not always going to be the same and have the same winner, when fighters have rematches. The other person can win we've seen it so many times (Chuck vs. Randy 2, Hughes vs. BJ 2, GSP vs. Hughes 2 & 3) I believe you do not give enough credit to Hendo, my friend. He's one of the best MMA fighters of all time. Hendo has fought the elite competition in MMA for so long now, longer than any other fighter and thats a FACT. (Rampage, Anderson, Franklin, Nogueira, Wandy and so forth) He'll also be in the UFC hall of fame when he decides to stop fighting.
July 14, 2009 at 9:38 am
And Jay, Why does everyone that fights Hendo knows about his powerful right hand and they somehow still get hit by it and put to sleep? It's because Dan always closes the distance enough to get in their face and connect with it. It's no fluke he's KO'd so many with that right hand, it's what he does.
July 14, 2009 at 9:39 am
He is one of the best. and to be honest i thought he was gonna beat Anderson the first time they fought. But he chose the wrong game plan and wasnt aggresive as he usually is. I love the way he domniated Vitor and he had a war with rampage. he is awesome and probably the top 5 middleweight. And your right Henderson probably could beat Anderson next time but it wont be easy as bisping though
July 14, 2009 at 9:44 am
I completely agree with everthing you said, Jay.
July 14, 2009 at 10:02 am
Well how come he didn't knock him out in their first fight. always excuses afterwards i was tired, i got caught, i had fight with my wife. ok he has a chance of knocking him out. But anderson silva has a better chance of winning again and knocking him out this time for good. whats gonna be the excuse after he loses the second time???
July 14, 2009 at 10:09 am
And, I not saying that it's going to be easy for Dan to beat Anderson. It's going to be one of the toughest challeges ever for Hendo, if not the toughest. But i think he can do it.
July 14, 2009 at 10:32 am
I don't think Dan will lose the second fight. I think HE'LL KO Anderson. Nobody has ever KO'd Hendo in his career and he's fought some of the most powerful punchers in MMA in Rampage and others and has fought Wanderlei twice in his Wandy's prime and he couldn't KO him, also your boy Anderson couldn't KO him. What makes you think Anderson can KO him in their next fight?
If you know Hendo and you obvouisly don't, you would know he never has really made excuses after a lose. He didn't with Rampage or Nogueira or the other opponents he has lost to. So why would he say it after the lose with Anderson if it wasn't true? He didn't look like the Hendo were all used to seeing in the Anderson fight.
July 14, 2009 at 11:02 am
Man its gonna be hard to connect on Anderson's chin. Him and lyoto are the most elusive fighters in the game
July 15, 2009 at 4:40 am
Well, Bisping was also supposed to be very elusive and hard to hit and you see what Hendo did to him.
