Frank Mir recent rant about Joe Rogans unfair commentary about Nogueira not being 100% in his loss to Mir.

BLA, BLA, BLA, who gives a shit,FRANK needs to go get a rematch wid NOG and if he wins then he can talk his shit!

i honestly think they should have a rematch next. big nog doesnt deserve a title shot over cain velasquez right now. carwin is the number 1 contender i think if cain wins maybe him vs mir or him vs nog to solidate his next number 1 contendership or just whoever wins against cain. but i wood love to see a mir vs nog 2 and hopefully both will be as healthy as they can be to actually show off how well they match up together. i agree wit mir tho i think if nog faught brock he wood get trashed.

The Nog that fought Randy was NOT the Nog that fought Mir. This guy is such a d-bag.

Mir is not as great as he likes to think. His greatest career victories were over a rookie in his 2nd pro fight, and a man who was recovering from a bad staph infection. Back when he was champ the heavyweight division in the UFC was quite thin, back then the best heavyweights were in PRIDE.
See how he matches up with Carwin, Velasquez, Nog at 100%, shit even Big Ben would be a hard fight for Frank.

i agree luke, its not that i hate mir i just think he is not that good, he has great bjj for a hw and if someone dosn't have a ground game he will be all over them but any elite fighter will beat him and i think he will prove this in his upcoming fights.kongo should be taylor made for him and i still think he will lose that fight.

I agree its tough to say if Mir victory was over shadowed by Nogs staph infection and injury…all we know is Nog wasnt 100% and Mir won…simply put if they fought again i dont think Mir would win. Mir thinks to highly of himself and Lesnar helped put him in his place with that brutal beating and maybe Mir will now realize he needs to work on his stand up and ground game a bit more, takedown defense, etc..
Mir needs to suck it up and realize no matter how you look at that fight…Nog wasnt 100% and coming into the fight he was just getting over staph infection…so i guess his victory was tainted to many but we wont know unless we see a rematch and i am sure we will see one eventually.

hmm? i have to agree …they need to do it again…or is this all a plan ? ……hmmm?

frank mir should fight joe rogan.

Truth of the matter is that all fighters go in to a fight less than 100%. Nog has made a living outlasting guys by taking abuse to the head the whole fight, but pulling out a win in the end. That night against Mir he took too many to the head against a Big dude. That would drop anyone. Don't make excuses, just make improvements. Nog beat a smaller guy in Randy , and still didn't finish him. He has no chance against Lesner.

face it if brock wants to take you down, you go down its simple… brock is not gonna lose for a very very long time….he will destroy nog like he destroyed mir
September 2, 2009 at 7:26 pm
who the fuck cares about nog carwin is the man brock needs to worry about seeing as thats the guy he's gunna fight next
September 3, 2009 at 12:36 am
I agree..no sense in talking about a Lesnar Nog fight until it happens. Right now its Lesnar Carwin, so lets see if brock can get by carwin and then i am sure we will see Nog fight Lesnar.
