Gina Carano vs. Kelly Kobold Likely At Next EliteXC-CBS Card On Oct. 4

EliteXC poster girl and “The face on women’s MMA”, Gina Carano (6-0) is expected to take on Kelly Kobold at the next EliteXC-CBS event slated for October 4, according to a report on NBCSports, citing a source close to one of the fighters.

Kabold (16-2-1) a long time veteran of the sport has not fought in in over two years, after losing to Julie Kedzie by decision back it 2006.

The fight is expected to be announced shortly.

    I personally dont think she can handle that steroid freak Cyborg. I mean its obvious in how much she sounds and looks like a man that she uses roids. Gina is an ok fighter for a woman but cyborg is crazy.

    I agree Steve. Gina's face after watching Cyborg in the last show lets you know what she thought of that. I don't think Carano would win Cyborg but she would give her the best competition.

    You guys forgetting how well she fought her first two EXC fights? If she kept her ass in the gym training at extreme couture and not doing gay ass American gladiators she could be a monster and most likely beat cyborg at the beginning of the second round.

    I too would love to wrestle with gina, but maybe she can make weight this time. I would also look for the cyborg to kill her, cyborg is more of a man than most guys that use this site.
