Feeling disrespected, Jake Shields talks bout his hate for Frank Shamrock, wants Cung Le to fight or relinquish his belt and good riddance to EliteXC.

i could see jake beating linland and shamrock, but GSP would make him squeel like a little girl.

Jake would beat up Shamrock..Lindland would be a good fight…GSP vs Sheilds would be super cool..Cant wait for Sheilds to come into the UFC

How can you say GSP will make him sqeal? From what i heard in training Shields has submitted Nick diaz. and diaz is world class on the ground. Shields might lack in the stand up dept. But He could submit the best in the world and GSP also. Kenny Is an awesome BJJ Black belt. But BJ outclassed him. Shileds could do the same to GSP. Shields is unbelievable.

shields would get beat easily by gsp.

I see quite a few ppl talk what they don't know about.
Jake Shields is a phenomenal BJJ arist. He would give GSP a run. GSP is awesome and I would have my $ on him if that fight happened, but it would not be GSP dominating Shields all the way around.

Thanks Eric you understand what i'm trying to say. And you are a educated MMA fan that understands the fight game and the fighters

I have never liked shields. I think he's overrated. Although I do think that he will clean out the strikeforce division. I think cung would give him a great fight because jakes stand up sucks but if it goes to the ground it would be over for Le. I hope he does do well and gets picked up by UFC.
We would see what he's made of in the ufc. I dunno. I've been very very wrong before on my fight predictions but just don't see him giving gsp a good fight at all. Of course, I said the same thing about Matt serra the first time they fought. lol.

Are you joking me??Sheild isnt overrrated at all?Sheild shoud be in the top 5 best Welter weights and Makes top ten middle weight fighter also..
Also Sheilds stand up has gotten alot better and can stand with pretty much anyone and hold is own, on the ground he is one of the best JJ grapper in MMA..

I agree Shields has proven himself time and time again and is definitely a top 5 ww. I wish he could fight in the UFC because he would make a great fight with GSP. If Cung ever defends his title I don't think he will beat Shields.

To be honest i thing cung would beat shields, and gsp would demolish him…thats coming from a hater of gsp and cung le…gsp is a bitch and cung le wont defend shit…i love shields but cunds got him and gsp..psh…not even close…hope he fights cung for the MW belt then comes to fight GSP..

Shields would take down Cung Le and submit him in the first round. Cung Le is way over-rated. Frank had a TERRIBLE game plan against him. With Frank beaing so good at submissions, he should have gotten that fight to the ground. He did not really try to get it to the ground until after he, mainly his arm had taken a lot of punishment. Shields kills him.
While Sheilds is great at BJJ, I don't see him beating GSP. Anything is possible and I wouldn't be shocked if he submitted GSP, but the way GSP has dominated Penn, Koz, Fitch, and Alves…I don't see Shields beating him. I beleive that GSP would stand and beat him standing in the first couple of rounds and then once Sheilds has taken some punishment and is, I wouldn't say tired but not as fresh, GSP would then start to take him down, and do damage on the ground. GSP would beat him.
Talk about disrespect…he talks about how everyone disrespects him in the whole video and then he pretty much waved off Jay Heiron. Jay is tough and I would like to see Jay and Shields fight. I do think Shields would win but I don't think it would be an easy win for Shields.
