Money matters, Jim Rome talks about the UFC signing of James “Lights Out” Toney on ESPN’s “Rome is Burning”. Dana cashed that Kimbo check twice (UFC and TUF), why are we shocked that he would sign Toney?

I think Kimbo should be Toney's first opponent. Kimbo is a big name for Toney to fight, where he isn't taking a big chance of getting schooled like he would against a guy like Couture. Besides, a fight with Toney would do nothing for Couture. My question is, would Kimbo stand with Toney or attempt to take him down? This would be another opponent that Kimbo would actually have an advantage on the ground. But what fun would that be? Kimbo would have alot to gain in this fight, because no one is expecting much from him these days anyway. If Kimbo could KO Toney, it would somewhat renew his career for awhile. Getting KO'ed by Kimbo, would crush Toney's rather large ego. That would be amusing to me.
