Its funny hearing Josh Koscheck criticize GSP for playing it safe and not finishing fights.
June 2, 2010 at 1:31 am
Let's see if Kos goes for the hat trick and fakes a knee to the face for a third fight in a row.
June 2, 2010 at 2:23 am
george may start to get some heat for his safe fighting.
June 2, 2010 at 7:18 am
pretty sure his fight with gsp will go like his last fight with gsp, and all of gsp's fights. take down, take down, ground and pound. all night long for 5 rounds.
June 2, 2010 at 9:10 am
If Kos is an good as he says he should be able to neutralize the standard GSP strategy and go to work.
June 2, 2010 at 9:16 am
ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! THAT EXACTLY GSP'S DRY HUMP SONG ALL NIGH LONG
June 2, 2010 at 9:21 am
Cobra, I don't think we need to guess. We probably agree that, yes, he will. But it also might be a ghost finger to the eye. It's weird because he is not a bad fighter, just makes HORRIBLE decisions that are going to piss people off.
June 2, 2010 at 9:42 am
Kos will indeed fake getting poked or hit by nothing at all then the fight will look just like the first one with kos on his back getting worked over by a dominant wrestler who doesnt even come from a wrestling background kos will be embarrassed again big mouth is all he has
June 2, 2010 at 9:55 am
I'm not a fan of Kos but I do hope he KO's GSP. Don't like either fighter….Kos likes ghost knees to the face and GSP taps out to strikes. I'll stick with Kos because he is the American….fecking Canadians….lol.
June 2, 2010 at 12:29 pm
Poppy, when does GSP tap out to strikes? He's lost only twice. I only recall a submission to Hughes and a TKO from Serra. I don't recall seeing him tap while Serra was wailing away on him. He's beaten everyone else and dominated most.
June 2, 2010 at 1:08 pm
GSP by decision. 5 rounds of boring. I personally feel that Nick Diaz would be the best fight. Im only speaking theoretically because i know it will probably never happen
June 2, 2010 at 1:34 pm
jake shields would be a good fight and he is coming to the ufc he is for real even though boring at times. diaz wont get back in because he is too much of a liability he would give FSP a good run. rather see diaz and miller thought mayhem that is
June 2, 2010 at 1:36 pm
poppynick can eat a big fat dick
June 2, 2010 at 1:45 pm
I see I'm not the only one who's a victim of trolls. I guess the high school girls need something to do now that they don't have homework, right, Poppy?
June 2, 2010 at 2:48 pm
Cobra Admit it your boy GSP did tap against Serra. He rolled over to the side and tapped out. Even BJ said that on the primetime show.
June 2, 2010 at 3:54 pm
And BJ would know? Lol. He rolled over to the side after the ref stopped it. Watch it again. I don't know why a lot of people hate on GSP so much. He's extremely humble in victory and defeat and is a great fighter. I don't get it.
June 2, 2010 at 4:50 pm
People hate GSP because he tapped to strikes, greased up against BJ, and cause the last time he was in an exciting fight he lost the title to Serra… As for the fight GSP will lay and pray for 25 grueling minutes KOS will fake some sort of injury…
June 2, 2010 at 5:15 pm
Please….GSP is a great fighter and handles everyone he fights. If these people were better than him, they'd stop what he's doing. Only 2 losses, and both were avenged, and you guys won't stop hating. He's a great fighter and very humble. OK…I'll get off his jock now. hahaha.
June 3, 2010 at 12:56 am
i seem to remember #### BJ Penn quitting against GSP thats worse than tapping to strikes he quit and then made every BS excuse for the loss
i even admit GSP is less exciting than when he fought Fitch and Mayhem but he gets the job done by the way how many of silvas recent fights were exciting and dont count forrest that was embarrassing. if you had a title you would do everything to keep it to.
June 3, 2010 at 7:26 am
kos should as his good friend finch just how hard gsp punches hahaha. He got rocked a number of times in that fight hahaha.
June 3, 2010 at 3:43 pm
did kos seriously just state he'll fight anyone? I mean really? he actually believes that? no. no way he thinks that. Why won't he fight fitch or swick? cuz they're all buddies at aka. that's the most retarded thing i've heard.
June 4, 2010 at 12:48 am
Cobra go watch the Serra fight again…GSP tapped to strikes bro.
June 4, 2010 at 12:49 am
Holeslurper…..you want to toss my salad or what. Quit being tough on a blog bro…for real.
June 4, 2010 at 12:52 am
Hey goop gobbler..yes you slurper, BJ didn't answer the bell you are right but his corner threw in the towel. Which was probably smart because he didn't know what was going on because GSP smashed him for so long.
June 4, 2010 at 3:46 am
Poppy, I watched the ending of that fight a few times before I posted, to make sure I wasn't just talking shit. GSP's arms were flailing, but he did not "tap" physically or mentally. If he did tap, then the final decision would have been "submission (strikes)" and not "TKO."
Besides, even if he DID tap to strikes, that would be only one of two losses, and he's proven himself to be a major fighter, and a very good champion regardless. He obviously doesn't suck.
And if BJ is too out of it to answer the bell, isn't it better to tap before you become brain dead, anyways? lol. Either way, GSP is beating everyone right now, and he's proven he's not a bitch, and he's a great fighter…love or hate his style, you can't deny he's a great fighter.
I wish people like slurper stop posting here, and we can just talk about MMA and not high school drama. So I'm with you on that one, there, Poppy!
June 4, 2010 at 4:41 am
I'm not saying he's a bad fighter cobra, he is fucking awesome. I'm just not a fan…that's all.
June 4, 2010 at 5:45 am
I respect that. Word up.
