Serra's a bum. He's washed up. No good. Done. Out. Whatever you wanna say. that's him.

prodigyHL: serra has said in previous video blogs that he barely shows any of his workouts because he doesn't want his opponents to see what he's up to.

Miko – you think you know it all. Shut up!

Serra should be on the next season of Jersey Shore. His car was dirty as hell haha. Yeah he really doesn't reveal much of his training.

STEVEO – Washed up implies he was ever really good. I think he just lucky a couple times. I can't stand the guy. All mouth with nothing to truly back it up.

And please don't insult Jersey by lumping Serra in with us! He's from Long Island!
September 23, 2010 at 12:59 am
Well, Long Island is the New Jersey of New York.
I don't think a former Title Holder could be called lucky, the guy has serious ground game and can pack a punch.
With CC gone it will be interesting to see how many other "Posters" vanish all at once. He was on here every few minutes having debates with himself through nine or ten different names.

Go to hell, you don't know anything. I'm just trying to add something to the conversation.
September 23, 2010 at 9:29 am
uhhh whoever that is, it aint me. That "go to hell" post isnt mine.
And I'm betting prodifyHL didn't really tell me to shut up.
Dude, if spending all your time on this board and stealing peoples name's is what gets you off then you seriously need a life and I feel sorry for you.
September 26, 2010 at 2:53 am
Again, don't insult Jersey. Even we're better than LI.
Last night proves again that he got lucky. I think his serious ground game is all in his head.
