If they also buy KOTC and ICON, that's huge. They should pick up some of the big name Pride fighters that the UFC is keeping in limbo.

who cares. all these little organizations suck anyway. so now they plan on making a huge sucky empire, good for them. they wont compete with the ufc, no way.

I agree Realwun, too many good fighters out there that just need a chance. UFC is too worried about the big money, cares little about the fighters, you can see that by what they pay these guys.

All they need is to get Fedor and they would be set.

Leet, you're a bit of a dick really arent you?!?!?! All the little organizations suck. If it wasnt for them, no fighters would get started. If anything sucks, its the UFC's we've got bigger balls attitude to everything. I take it you have no ides who fights on SMALLER cards at shows then? Or is it, only the UFC in your eyes thats MMA? Or is there no MMA and only the UFC? Prick! I think this is a great move for Cage Rage.

Yup, you're a pretty smart guy Ultimate47. I am a dick and proud of it. I don't care about those smaller shows because they dont interest me. I don't need to know every fighter to be an MMA fan.

Next your going to talk about how you saw UFC 1 and therefore must know more about MMA then the rest of us. Probably call me a TUF product. I am, and proud of it.

I bet you think you know who the best fighters are too huh. Guess what dumbass, the best fighters in the world, you aren't seeing…doesnt matter how many small shows you brag about seeing, you don't know shit. What you know is the marketed fighters, just like me, you just maybe know a few more from the smaller shows. Guess what, I dont care.

Leet, so you think you're a dick huh. Well then call me King Ding-a-ling because you're just a little prick.

You shouldn't even waste our time posting if you don't know shit. Even if you are a TUF MMA fan, thats what, two years. And you still think fighters that arent in the UFC suck? You must not know that all of the UFC guys started somewhere. Plus those smaller shows are filled with guys who want to rip someones head off they aren't thinking about remembering their sponsors names or their afterparties.

Heres some advice. Go back to watching the WWE because you're sleeping on what MMA is.

Leet, i do not have the balls to turn round and say smaller shows are shit. Because as i said, tons of fighters have to start somewhere. And no i didnt watch UFC 1, my first was 18. I class myself as a fan of the sport of MMA, i watch as much as i can of all events. I'm not some cunt, who just loves watching fighters that everyone knows, i just want to watch the sport. So go back to what ever hole you crawled out of, and keep your TUF shit.

well good for you guys, go ahead and watch the minors all you want. i'm sticking to the big leagues. i'm not the one wasting all of his time waiting for someone worthwhile to watch, the ufc always has the best shows so i'll let them decide who is worthy.

oh and morey, i am a wwe fan also, good call there. but so are millions of other people so i guess we're all dumb huh.

For the record, WWE is good entertainment, and they are good amazing athletes. But the best fghters were in PRIDE. Pride fighters are ready to fight, UFC fighters are ready to compete! Thats the difference.

I agree. Couldn't have said it better. There seems to be a huge difference of the intensity of the fighters. It wasn't that they(Pride fighters) were trying to put on a show it was the fact that they were going in the ring to WIN. Period! Come hell or high water. Just my opinion but it was like the UFC fighters were just trying not to loose. I love MMA so please , no hate mail. I was just surprised to hear someone else that felt the same way.
