I tried to watch this but first of all they want you to sign up for their site. I didnt like that but I tried and the site just froze and I couldn't watch it. Not worth signing up just to watch Randy talk trash about the UFC so that his movie sells more tickets.

I suppose theres a chance that those are his motives, but Couture really does not seem the type to me. We know he's living very comfortably, and that he has alot to be proud of accomplishing. I think acting is just something he would say he 'just always wanted to do.'

I say good for Randy. He is the world Heavyweight champion and he and many other fighters are getting less money because of these stupid contracts. I see him going to MM1 after this whole mess is settled.

Yeah, I definately see him putting out a couple more fights somewhere. He won't retire on a bad note, especially over politics.

There may not have been a fighter EVER to help the growth of MMA since Royce Gracie (that Randy Couture has). I have been a fan oof the UFC since UFC 1, and a fan of Randy Couture since he arrived. Randy has been likely the BEST champion and spokesman the UFC has ever seen, and I am sad to imagine Randy NOT being the "voice" of the UFC…
With that being said, however, the UFC has clearly recognized Randy's value similarly. They have promoted him extensively, and made him "Captain America". Randy may not have EVER been viewed as MMA's "hero" had it NOT been for Dana White and the rest of the UFC organization!!! As mentioned, the "offer" to Fedor (another class act and incredible champion) is the "straw that broke the camel's back" for Randy. If it WAS about money (which Randy has said it wasn't numerous times), it is clear that the price tag to pull Fedor to the UFC (a fight EVERY fan in the world has been waiting for) is a nesessity for Dana to ensure that this can happen… Randy said himself that the only fight that makes sense for him is one against Fedor, yet he's offended at the measures that Dana (and the Fertita's) tried to take to ensure this could happen???
Keep up the great work Dana!!! And Randy… You have EARNED the respect and adoration of fans forever!
Please work out your differences, to avoid negativity in the best MMA organization that you are a Hall of Fame member in!!!

Seems he is going to chase Fedor after all, nine months from now.
