Ronda Rousey Thinks That Cyborg ‘Getting Caught is a Great Thing’, Say’s She’ll Never Be a Beast Again

Now that Cris ‘Cyborg’ Santos is benched after being caught taking anabolic steroids, rising star Ronda Rousey is taking the spotlight. She is also not holding back her opinion on the matter, saying it’s a great thing for women’s MMA.

“I feel like anyone with half a brain isn’t surprised. I have mixed emotions of Cyborg being caught cheating because I know everyone knew she was cheating and I wanted to make an example of her because you don’t need to take steroids to win. I think her getting caught is a great thing too. I don’t have the least bit respect for her because I always knew she was a cheater, and now everyone else knows too. If she ever comes back to fight again, she won’t be the same beast she was before. She might even try doing different things like HGH that are harder to get caught for. Who knows if Strikeforce even wants her back?”

What do you think, will Cyborg ever dominate women’s MMA again without taking her special vitamins?

Ronda Rousey (4-0) will take on Miesha Tate (12-2) for the Strikeforce women’s 135-lb championship on March 3, 2012 in Columbus, Ohio. That event could be headlined by the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix Championship match between Josh Barnett (31-5) and Daniel Cormier (9-0), depending on Cormier’s recovery from a broken hand.

Lets hope she can back it up if she ever faces Cyborg in the ring. It's either just hype or she's just immature. This will make Chris's bulletin board.

It's just talk. She can try and run her mouth now that Cyborg is suspended for a long time but even a Cyborg without steroids would manhandle her. She's 4-0. I'd say STFU until you've done something in the sport.
