dude you are just another Dana Nut Hugger, your probably suckling on his teat right now.

Lashley vs Batista is the fight of the year guaranteed and Strikeforce has done it again!

UFC wishes they could sign these two MMA Gods.

Anything goes – but Cobra Clutch is not allowed to grope either of these magnificent men!

Haha. :0/ Oz, Roy or anyone else out ther from the OG days, remember when this site had real posts and real takes? By people who really were who they said they were? Sherdog is looking better daily….sad.

How pathetic is this attempt at a fight. Didn't this one already happen on ppv? Like 5 years ago or so in WWE? What's next…Hulk Hogan vs Iron Sheik?! Maybe Bruno Samartino vs. Jimmy Snuka?

its a shame, i really like this site though the only reason i don't post much anymore is because i changed jobs and know i actually have to work instead of sitting on the internet all day. i wouldn't hate on this fight though it will have some fan appeal and dana would book it if he could in a heart beat.

I'm rooting so hard for Strikeforce to succeed, but they keep shooting themselves in the foot. There's no way this fight is gonna be PPV. They can't possibly be that stupid, right?

I think Strikeforce is in Dire financial trouble

Why would they be in financial trouble? I think that they know that they have to try different things and not be content with just CBS and Strikeforce. If there is any money to be made by going on PPV, then any smart business mind would identify that and go for it. As for the actual matchup, it is a way for Strikeforce to try and draw PPV buys from others outside of the Strikeforce fans. It is pretty obvious that there are some only loyal to the UFC and these fans are not watching Strikeforce's events…so they are putting this fight on to try to draw those fans. It is basically a "circus" fight, but no different than Kimbo, Choi, Sapp, or Toney. As long as this is not the main event, it would fun to watch.

I meant to say that they are putting this on to try to draw from causal fans, not UFC fans…fans that know the name lashley and Batista, where the name recognition will sell them on buying the PPV.
