Tim Sylvia’s “Big Announcement”

A couple of days ago Tim Sylvia revealed that he would be making a “big announcement” at the end of the week. With the UFC and Strikeforce heavyweight divisions looking kind of thin at the moment, it was getting some attention.

As it turns out the announcement was that Sylvia will return to action on June 16 in Lewiston, Maine, against an unnamed opponent.

But the bigger news is that Sylvia isn’t giving up on the UFC just yet. He said that he would definitely go the Kimbo Slice route to get back into the UFC. He would welcome joining The Ultimate Fighter.

“I helped coach season two with Matt (Hughes) and Rich (Franklin)” Sylvia said. “I watch The Ultimate Fighter, and I would definitely do it if I needed to.”

Way to lower your stance, before this Sylvia said he would like to fight for the UFC because he could beat most of the heavyweights on the roster. To which Dana White responded “hell no”.

Well, good luck with the big fight Timmy.

Tim Slyvia stinks. He was champion because he was fighting in the weakest heavyweight division ever at the time. If they let him back in the ufc, I am going to hurl!

Tim you really need to take your medication dude. There is no way you should even think about trying to get back into the UFC. Although you want to start at the bottom and compete in TUF just stay at home dude and watch it on tv your day and time is over.
