The Ultimate Fighter reality show, blew away all previous viewership records on Wednesday night when Kimbo Slice and Roy Nelson entered the Octagon for the first time on TUF 10.
At its peak, 6.1 million viewers tuned in to watch Roy Nelson do the bare minimum to advance to the semi-finals of the hit SpikeTV reality series. The episode broke the previous record of 5.3 million, held by the TUF 10 premiere episode.
Wednesday nights show, claimed the top spot as the most watched original series episode in SpikeTV history.

“These numbers are beyond huge. I’m blown away. I honestly am blown away. I knew it was going to be big. This is massive. Do you understand how significant these numbers are, getting more viewers than CBS?…It’s hard to say why, but some people have it and some don’t, and Kimbo definitely does.”
