Here we go again everybody is gonna jump on Vitor's bandwagon. Vitor is NOT going to beat Silva. Silva is not going to expose himself. Have you guys ever seen silva fight to his full potetial. He had a muay thai match once and he was going at it full blast with leg kicks and combos and everything else. everybody thought Forrest could beat silva because he was bigger and sronger and he could take him down. look what happened

A lot of people thought Forrest was going to beat Silva. Vitor isn't in Silva's league. People look really good against certain people and then Silva makes them look stupid. Vitor is not going to be able to strike with Silva. Not a match I want to see because I think Silva should fight more of a challenge than Vitor. Not that Vitors not good. Him and Hendo would be a good match just not a good fight for him against Silva.

Hello! hendo already fought Silva and Silva outclassed him on the feet and on the ground. heno is not a challenege to Silva neither is Vitor or Marquart. Silva will retire undefeated bottom line. he only has like 2 or 3 fights left on his ufc contract. and he mentioned himself that he will retire

Vitor looked real good last night. His problem, throughout his career has been inconsistency. You'll never know which Vitor is going to show up. He can look like a champ one night and like a chump the next. Since he left the Carlson Gracie Team, he has never been on this good of a run. Maybe Randy is helping him because he definitely needs something. I would not go as far as to say that he would beat Silva but his hand speed and power, along with being a BJJ Black Belt make him a threat. Silva will have a big reach advantage. I would like to see Anderson vs Vitor. I think it would be interesting.

As far a Mirko, I don't think he quit, I do think he was hurt. He looked better last night, against a strong, young, active fighter, than he did in his previous 2 UFC fights. I give him credit for fighting hard last night. The problem is that I beleive that that's the best he ever will be again. He really needs to retire before he gets hurt. I enjoyed seeing him in the Pride days when you did not want to blink because you knew a head kick was coming at any second to end the fight…but he is not that kind of a threat any longer. He does not scare opponents like he did then. The game plan is there – all you have to do is take him down or stay close or far to be out of his kick range and you'll be alright.

Vitor had issues with conditioing in the past. After the Tito fight he was so tired that he had to go to the hospital for over exhuastion. Also Vitor is weak mentally when things dont go his way he breaks and loses confidence and focus. we seen that when he fought Randy and tito. I dont understand why he gets all this credit for beating guys like Terry Martin and washed up matt lindland. Rich got caught. Vitor was still fresh. If that fight went onto the later rounds Rich would have the advantage

since dan henderson isnt all that excited about fighting marqardt. why not let marqardt fight vitor for the number one contender spot that would be a hell of a fight

I never knew about Vitor's sister going missing and still missing to this day. That's a pretty good excuse for losing focus on your fighting… maybe he wouldn't have lost fights to Tito, Randy and Chuck if that would have never happened. It's crazy cause they still don't know what happened to her and the case is still open. Gotta screwed up your mind pretty bad. Props to him for getting back on track.

yea ur right oswald loosing ur sister like that would destroy most men plus he was only 20 years old i think people forget just how good vitor was b4 them losses he just had no guidence and now he is using his head aswell as his stregnth and speed, he only grazed rich's head and put him on his arse and i dont care what people r saying on here rich has not got a glass jaw at all

i was really rooting for cro cop to do well but dos santos looked good. He looks like he has a lot of confidence and a mean streak in him. I love that. I would like to see the loser of lesnar — carwin fight dos santos.

Vitor looked good. I still think the spider us nearly un-beatable right now. But when anderson's contract is up Vitor will rule the 185 division.

I think that the ufc should try to sign jake sheilds. Paul daley looked good and put away kampman who was considered a contender at 170 and shields finished daley pretty easily. Sheilds would be the best challenge at 170 right now for gsp.

Mirko Cro Cop's might be calling it quits after his loss to Junior Dos Santos at UFC 103. After the loss, Mirko spoke to the Croatian website Jutarnji.hr about the fight, and his possible retirement.

"Maybe the ones who have said that I’m done are right. Obviously, I can’t break my mental block in the Octagon. Besides, I’ve been training like a spartan for 20 years now — my body is worn out. The years caught up to me, I’ve been worn out…. (Junior dos Santos) won that fight and would have won it by decision. Simply put, he is younger, more hungry, more aggressive. He wanted to win a lot more…."

"The mat was slippery like glass. I almost fell down trying to do the left high kick. But I’m not looking for an alibi. This was not the performance the public would pay for. I don’t feel the hunger anymore. I started playing it safe, I’m not ready to take risks."

"I would like to thank everybody that supported me and stood by me and everyone who helped me to prepare for this fight. I’ve been living a military life for 20 years now. Getting up at 6 a.m. and having physically challenging task up to 8 p.m. I want a normal life. I’m entering a cage and thinking about fishing in Privlaka. You can’t win that way. Maybe I should’ve quit in 2006 after I won the Pride Grand Prix."

I happen to agree with everything Mirko said. He should call it quits. But I would like to thank him for all the exciting and memorable fights he's put on in the past.

I dont see Vitor winning against Hendo. Eventually they will meet again and I think Hendo will take him down and ground and pound. If they put Vitor up against Silva look for an early KO. Vitor isn't in Silva's league. You can't strike with Silva and hope to win.
