UFC 143 Primetime: Diaz vs. Condit [Episode 1]

The first episode of UFC “Primetime” for UFC 143 was shown last night on FX, which means we are just two weeks away seeing the highly anticipated war between Carlos Condit and Nick Diaz. The winner of that fight will be given the title of interim UFC welterweight champion, the first time that title has been occupied by anyone other than Georges St. Pierre in over three years.

As always this “Primetime” is a great episode that showcases both fighters and their training camps. It also kind of gives you an origin story to Nick Diaz that helps explain a little bit about his attitude toward life and fighting.

It's nice to see the more human side of Diaz for a change, event this short clip helps you to understand him a bit more than he is usually portrayed in the media. Can't wait for this fight!

It's going to be a great fight. Standing or on the ground I think it's going to be an amazing matchup.

Both these guys have a lot of internal anger, but i believe nick has a point to prove and condit is a bit like ok lets bring it on which is not the way to think about an interim belt fight. Nick has a better chance to beat the paper champ gsp than condit but both are good fighters nick has the edge strictly on his cardio imho
