UFC 151 Fight: Be Ready for Josh Koscheck and Jake Ellenberger

UFC 151 Fight: Be Ready for Josh Koscheck and Jake EllenbergerAnother event is added on UFC 151 that consists of the two biggest welterweights. From Nebraska, Jake Ellenberger will come back on September 1 to fight former champion in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Josh Koscheck in Las Vegas. The UFC officials made the announcement formal just last July 18. Many are expecting the fight to be the beginning of the best fight pairs in MMA.

Ellenberger: Will He Win Against Koscheck?

The last fight of Ellenberger was with Martin Kampmann in the finale of Ultimate Fighter Live. Ellenberger became known for his tough actions that almost knocked out Kampmann during the first round. Nonetheless, Kampmann was eager enough to show Ellenberger who should win by putting the latter down on the second round giving him his second UFC loss. Ellenberger is now more determined to get back on top, as he will be facing a better opponent who is in the welterweight division these past years.

Koscheck: Getting Close to Victory

Several occasions were Koscheck’s chances of bagging the title in welterweight division. Although these attempts were unsuccessful, no MMA fan could deny his strength as being the top fighters in welterweight division. Koscheck has established himself winning over several welterweight fighters like Diego Sanchez, Matt Hughes, and Paul Daley. Nonetheless, his recent loss against Johnny Hendricks, also an NCAA champion, will be a driving force for Koscheck to bring home the victory. The match between Ellenberger and Koscheck is an under card on the UFC 151 where the champion for light heavyweight division Jon Jones will be fighting against another Strikeforce and Pride former champion Dan Henderson. All MMA fans will be witnessing the thrilling matches on UFC 151 happening on September 1 at Mandalay Bay Events Center, Las Vegas, Nevada. Both Ellenberger and Koscheck are included in the Top 10 Welterweight fighters as number 4 and 5 respectively.
