    December 18, 2007 at 10:34 pm

I hope that the fights live up to the hype!!! Thats all i gotta say.

  3. Kash

    December 19, 2007 at 1:34 am

Yeah, I would be pissed to see a 10 sec KO or a decision in the Chuck/Wandi fight. I want to see them go at it toe to toe for a while, throw and take some bombs, and then one of them finish in a big way.

  4. tom

    December 19, 2007 at 2:29 am

i hope they r all wars…im happy gamburyan and melvin r fighting..they will win.

  5. derek

    December 19, 2007 at 2:49 am

yeah i hope liddell-silva doesn't end in like 10 seconds. i better not even go to the bathroom during the fight. i want to see some punishment get dished out, liddell go to the ground to get pounded, or knocked out.

  6. dane drebin

    December 19, 2007 at 7:00 am

how crazy would it be if the fight opened with a huge double leg by lidell ahahahahah he was a badass collegiate wrestler haha i know it wont happen but i bet it would catch everyone including silva off gaurd

  7. tom

    December 19, 2007 at 11:28 am

i kinda want to see chuck shoot a doubleleg and show every one that he can do that and i do also think it would throw silva off..i would like to see chuck ground and pound for 1 round and get silva hurt then come out and fake a shoot then throw the over hand and knock sliva out…i think thats what he needs to do to win..

  8. Morey

    December 19, 2007 at 12:23 pm

I've seen a few of Chucks takedown videos on Youtube and he seems to know what he's doing as far as takedowns and probably has a pretty good ground game. I think he'll try it if Silva doesn't fall into a backpeddling haymaker. I can't wait to see the two main events.

  9. dane drebin

    December 19, 2007 at 8:33 pm

i highly doubt it will happen tho… chuck has too big of an ego and is gunna relly on what has gotten him this far. should be a standp war trough and through unless silva goes for the clinch to throw some knees and it ends up on the floor

  10. Adrian

    December 29, 2007 at 11:21 am

    Its On!

  11. tom

    December 29, 2007 at 3:59 pm

fuck yeah chuck won like i said and GSP wooped Matts ass like wow GSP is the king and will stand forever.. Melven looked like shit and im so mad about that fight like wtf… Manny looked great and he broke the guys leg..haha

  12. Kash

    December 29, 2007 at 4:50 pm

After the GSP/Hughes fight, everyone I talked to says that Hughes is going to retire. I know he got it handed to him but I don't think a competitive guy like that can end it on a loss, no way. Wandi lost but he showed why everyone likes him, he gets rocked and bloodied and still swings for the fences. That guy is a true fighter and I'm glad he is in the UFC.

  13. Kash

    December 29, 2007 at 4:54 pm

Oh yeah, how did Sanchez get on the main card and ahead of Machida/Soku? That fight sucked and both of those guys don't stand a chance at being world champions.

  14. Joe

    December 29, 2007 at 6:08 pm

With the exception of St. Pierre, I missed most of my predictions tonight. I was glad to see Chuck do so well though. I thought Melvin was going to win, but I was happy to see him lose. After St. Pierre avenges the loss to Serra, I hope to see Serra vs. Hughes (If he doesn't retire now.)

  15. whodini

    December 30, 2007 at 2:09 am

pierre handed matt his ass again !! again i said hughes looked like franklin did against slyia outclassed in every aspect of the match he looked like he was scared from the beginning after the first failed take down he knew he was in trouble he had the scared rabbit look on his face maybe that was from gsp mauling him on the ground i loved it

  16. derek

    December 30, 2007 at 3:01 am

great fights overall, except for that eddie sanchez fight. that one sucked so bad; i don't understand what dana sees in either of them. i'm glad machida won. i looked at his record before i bet on him, and he's fought some bad ass dudes and beat them. that was funny how one of soku's dreadlocks fell off during the fight!!! i wanted wandy to win, but i guess chuck does have the superior striking ability. he should now rematch jardine, because that loss was definitely a fluke. wandy should fight stephan bonnar. GSP, once again, proves that he is elite and that he whooped the cropdust out of hughes. he literally mauled him on the ground. hughes knew he couldn't win the standup from the 2nd fight, but couldn't take GSP to the ground. hughes is going to to be the next rich franklin — great, but can't top the best anymore.

  17. tom

    December 30, 2007 at 3:29 am

i hope jardine vs chuck 2 happends becasue chuck would knock him they fuck out… and silva i just want to see fight sooon.. GSP who can beat him? i think Fitch and GSP would be goood but GSP would still beat him down.maybe Mike swick vs GSP idk they r the only to guys i can think of

  18. derek

    December 30, 2007 at 4:19 am

i don't think any one at welter can challenge GSP. maybe if GSP moves up to light heavy, i would love to see him fight anderson silva. GSP is about 5'10; he just needs to start drinking that milk.

  19. ?

    December 30, 2007 at 4:27 am

Everyone counts Matt Serra out, but why? He knocked the fuck out of GSP and he has a good chance, hes better on the ground I think he can beat GSP again

  20. derek

    December 30, 2007 at 5:40 am

no one is counting matt serra out. he is a lovable, funny, and skilled guy. he beat GSP fair and square. serra may be more skilled on the ground, but GSP has that unbelievable pace and speed that many others could not keep up with.

  21. Mikey boom boom

    December 30, 2007 at 7:03 am

I want to make sweet love to GSP

  22. shane

    December 30, 2007 at 7:09 am

everyone underdogged serra the first time, he loves to fight like that, if anyone can match GSP its him, serra can keep the GSP pace, hughes got lucky when he beat GSP, he left his arm on a plate and got submitted it happens, on the other hand serra litterally knocked him back across the border, GSP has nerve issues in the cage, and getting it handed to him by serra the first time will be in his head….if serra keeps a level head and trains like he always does, he will keep the belt

  23. Morey

    December 30, 2007 at 8:16 am

The first time GSP fought Hughes I gave that round to Matt. It wasn't a lucky submission, they guy did a full 270 circle over GSP to get that arm, its not like GSP stuck his arm out for the taking. I think Hughes will go out on a win. GSP's loss to Serra was good for him and he is even better than ever. He dominated Kos and Hughes so he is on another level. I would love to see him fight Anderson Silva one day.

  24. derek

    December 30, 2007 at 9:42 am

am i the only one to notice that soku lost a dreadlock during his fight with machida?

  25. tom

    December 30, 2007 at 10:05 am

GSP VS anderson would be one of thse great fight and it would sell the most PPV.. also im With Morey to with tht HUges kick his ass in the first fight and GSP didnt just leave it out…

  26. shane

    December 30, 2007 at 11:18 am

if i'm not mistaken i believe hughes was going for a kamora on GSP couldn't get that, then switched over to the arm bar, GSP is human and made a mistake by not protecting his arm and thats what i meant by leaving it on a plate, now as far as GSP vs anderson, that would be a great fight as long as they kept it standing, both are lightning quick and devistating strikers, i still would like to see Hughes vs. Serra, will it ever happen now? too much hype and shit talking from both parties while taping the TUF series.

  27. derek

    December 30, 2007 at 11:55 am

GSP would make an excellent TUF coach.

  28. tom

    December 30, 2007 at 1:06 pm

i do think matt vs serra would happend

  29. Rob

    December 30, 2007 at 1:21 pm

WTG GSP!!!!!!!! MATT time to retire bud..wait after serra kicks ur A$$ too. AS far as GSP vrs serra 1st fight any1 notice when GSP entired the ring he spit his water in the air all over the ring he clearly slipped in his own water spit and then serra pounced and didnt stop pounding… next time it will be no contest ….. GSP all the way!!!!!!!!!

  30. kom34

    December 30, 2007 at 3:10 pm

If GSP did slip in his own spit, thats about as dumb as someone giving up an arm for an armbar. I didn't see Soku loose a dreadlock, gonna have to watch again for that one.

  31. shane

    December 30, 2007 at 5:36 pm

i agree GSP would make a good coach on TUF

  32. keivon

    December 30, 2007 at 6:01 pm

WTF….GSP was already a TUF coach. You saw him. He isn't Couture yet, let the guy do his thing. He is more of a fighter than a coach, unlike Couture. If you want more of him wathc TUF 4.

  33. JOE

    December 30, 2007 at 8:31 pm

I didn't think GSP was getting his ass kicked in the first fight. I thought it was pretty even up until he lost. It was GSP going for the Kimura and he was reversed by Matt Hughes. Hughes won that fight fair and square. GSP is light years better now. By the way, Matt Serra probably has better BJJ but there's more to the ground than just submissions. I think GSP would control Serra on the ground. I'm still of the opinion the first fight was a fluke, GSP just got caught, it happens. Notwithstanding another lucky punch, I think GSP is going to dominate Serra.

  34. kimmer

    December 31, 2007 at 4:25 am

Number 1, kudo's for Chuck, he got it back together and is now a hard contender. Matt Hughes, geat champ beat Serra and retire.

GSP vs Spider, in my opinion this would one of the greatest fights put together by Dana ever. GSP can move up with ease and has the skills to Duel with Spider.

    Imagine GSP 2 belts, sweet.

  35. shane

    December 31, 2007 at 7:30 am

now that pride is done and dana has control of the WEC, we will get a chance to start seeing alot better match-ups within the divisions instead of 1 fighter dominating and being forced to move up or down to find a better fight

  36. tom

    December 31, 2007 at 10:03 am

GSP was a caoch on TUF 4.. i think after GSP beats Serra and if silva wins over Dan i think GSP vs Silva would be great and GSP could easy make 185 and i would love to see him with 2 belts..

  37. derek

    December 31, 2007 at 11:01 am

i would also love to see wanderlei or crocop as coaches for TUF.

  38. shane

    December 31, 2007 at 1:19 pm

we need to see paulo philo in the UFC

  39. John S.

    January 2, 2008 at 12:31 pm

What I want to know is, how the fuck does Guillard keep getting second, third, and fourth chances? WTF???? Fucking TITO deserves another chance way more than Melvin Guillard, and I can't stand his ass!!! Dana, you need to get your shit together dude!! And, tonight, on SPIKE tv, UFC70 is playing again. WTF???? The entire world saw Bisping get his limey ass handed to him for the entire fight, just to let the judges give the win to him. Just a reminder to Dana……..we're all still pissed about that!!! Play anything on Spike but that!!! And, fire those stupid fuckin' judges………..some of us fans and ex-fighters are wondering if some of the judges are boxing judges, cause they don't know dick shit about UFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  40. John S.

    January 2, 2008 at 1:27 pm

OK!!! I'm a fkn dumbass! I thought the replay on Spike was Bisping vs Hamill. Of course, it's not, it's Bisping vs that Elvis dude from Australia. That dude is not even in the same solar system as Bisping!!!! Still, Matt Hamill Kicked the fuck out of Bisping and got ZERO credit for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  41. steve

    January 2, 2008 at 1:35 pm

The fight with chuck and wandelei should definetly have happened years ago in pride. Pride is where the great fights are or should i say were. Those were the shit. If they had both fought in their prime 1 of them would have been left in the ring out cold. Wanderleis style is suited better for tyhe ring. He uses the ring to bounce off of after he is rocked but in a cage he cant do that. I thought the card didnt quite live upto the hype.
