Joe is going to get beat down by the prodigy. BJP is the man. I would inject fact into my post but to do so would only lessen the fact that BJ is the Man. When Chuck Norris has nightmares it's because of BJ Penn.

i got to agree with you on that dr breaker

Come on people! Joe Daddy Stevenson is going to end BJ night very early, I would like to see him end his carrer.
He was overrated, came back, and is still overrated.

i agree with scot.. when bj did come back he got beat 2 times and he just got 1 win.. im hoping Stevens kills BJ

got beat by the two best ww in the history of mma and gave them both a great fight are you crazy could joe even compete with gsp or hughes
January 9, 2008 at 6:42 am
No, he couldn't compete with GSP or Hughes, but neither could BJ. That is why he is fighting people in the rankings of Stevenson, and he is not going to be able to hang with them either. Not taking anything from Stevenson, but he is not the same caliper fighter as the other two, but BJ, no problem at all.

come on now scott b.j beat matt hughes than beat his ass for 2 rounds untell he got hurt or gassed hughes did not look like he belonged in the ring with him.gsp i thoght b.j won that fight either way a close fight something most ww can't due with gsp.he has fought machida and did pretty good against a bigger guy. i like joe but to say b.j can't compete with hughes or gsp when he already has your not being realistic.

BJ has got the experience and the talent to pull this one off, while i feel that Stevenson is the stronger of the two i think BJ will pull it off either in submission or decision…either way i love both fighters

i love joe daddy i think hes a really great guy with awesome talent and experience but i think bj is a bad matchup for him… joe is really good at bjj and uses his good standup to setup his take downs… bj on the other hand is the only american to win the bjj champion and has awesome standup. joe is awesome but bj does everything hes good at better. bj is also a lot more flexible. arguably the most flexibly person in mma. that being said i think joe has strength and stamina on his side. if joe can take it into the 4th and 5th round i think he could win it. i like both guys tho and will be happy either way as long as sherkroid isnt champ

LOL….BJ Penn was WORKING Hughes up until he separated his own rib during a transition. The loss to GSP was very close, and come on man we're talking about GSP. BJ Penn overrated? I think not. BJ Penn will win this fight hands down.

How come Joe has more fights then BJ but is younger…Do u think the UFC doesn't count certain types of MMA fights cause I know BJ has fought way more than what they put as his record

I'll root for Stevenson just because he really comes off like a good guy, but I don't think me rooting for him is going to be enough win this fight.
