Guess he's right when he says "theres no substitute for hard work." Damn, that training is crazy, my heart rate rises just looking at that.

That training is insane, this guy is dedication at its best in this sport. I counted him out as being great because he couldn't finish Florian in his last fight, but after watching this, my opinion has definitely changed.
